We’re hiring Outbound Sales Representatives to support lead generation and client acquisition through cold calling and follow-ups.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 100 - 120 outbound cold calls daily
- Follow up with leads and prospects - Update CRM
- Generate and qualify opportunities
- Close deals and track results
COMPENSATION:
- $800 USD monthly base salary - 2,900,000 COP
- Paid weekly
- Uncapped commission structure

- Monday to Friday
- 7:45 AM EST (team huddle)
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- 100% remote

- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Previous sales or call center experience
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Reliable internet and work setup
